½ cup Florida avocado, diced
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon taco seasoning
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon fresh Florida chili pepper (if desired for heat)
1 lime, juiced
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
Add sour cream, avocado, spice blend, cilantro, chili pepper and lime juice to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Taste avocado-sour cream sauce and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper. Remove the avocado crema from the food processor and store it in the refrigerator until ready to use.
