1 pound Florida blue crab cocktail claws
1 tablespoon Florida seafood seasoning blend
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 lemons, (1 juiced and 1 sliced)
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh garlic, chopped fine
Preheat a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add the butter, Florida blue crab cocktail claws, garlic and seasoning blend. Cook claws for 4 to 6 minutes. Add the parsley, lemon juice and sliced lemons. Toss to coat. Remove the Florida blue crab cocktail claws from the pan and place into a serving dish. Serve warm.
