½ cup Florida Boiled Peanuts
½ lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons milk
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayo
1-2 tablespoons all-purpose seasoning (such as Everglades)
Fresh parsley
Place all ingredients into blender. Blend on high until smooth. Can be used as a dip, sauce for meat or vegetables, or as a salad dressing. Store in refrigerator for up to 7 days.
