4 ounces Florida bourbon or whiskey (such as Old St. Pete Sunshine Whiskey)
2 cups vanilla bean ice cream (4 scoops)
1 cup Florida milk (plus more if needed for consistency)
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup (plus more for garnish)
½ cup whip cream
1 cup ice (plus more if needed)
Rinse blender and make sure all parts are clean and ready to use. Add bourbon, ice cream, milk, chocolate syrup and ice to blender. Make sure lid is on correctly and blend ingredients until smooth. Remove lid from the blender and test that the consistency is how you like it. You can adjust the consistency by adding more milk or ice and blending again until desired consistency is achieved. To serve milkshake, take some of the reserved chocolate syrup and lightly drizzle inside of each of the tall glasses. Evenly pour the milkshake from the blender into the chocolate syrup-garnished glasses. Add a nice dollop of fresh whipped cream to the top of each glass and finish with a straw. Drink responsibly.
