3 tablespoons fresh Florida herbs, chopped (such as thyme, rosemary, tarragon, oregano or dill)
½ bunch fresh Florida flatleaf parsley
1 teaspoon all-purpose Florida seasoning (such as Everglades)
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
3-5 garlic cloves
1 lemon, juiced
½ lemon, zested
1 tablespoon capers
1 tablespoon quality olive oil
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and process or blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust with sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Serve with fresh-cut seasonal Florida vegetables for dipping or as a salad dressing. Keep cold.
