3 Florida peaches, diced
1 (13- to 14-ounce) Brie cheese round (in wooden container)
2 tablespoons red pepper jelly
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash (peel, if desired) and dice peaches and set aside. Remove Brie from container and cut away the top layer. Place back into the wooden container, place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes. While the Brie is baking, combine the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Remove the Brie from the oven and add the peach mixture to the top. Place back in oven for additional 5 to 7 minutes; remove and serve warm with Florida vegetables and crackers.
