3 large Florida tomatoes, sliced
2 cups Florida cucumber, sliced
Florida romaine lettuce, chopped
Florida curly leaf lettuce, chopped
1 cup Florida radish, sliced thin
6 Florida eggs, hardboiled and quartered
2 cups crispy cooked bacon, chopped
1 ½ cup carrots, shredded
3 cups cooked chicken, pulled or sliced
1 ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 ½ cup crispy tortilla strips or crispy onions
2 cups vinaigrette or favorite salad dressing
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
Use a large clear glass trifle dish or bowl to creatively layer all the ingredients. Season the cucumber, tomato and radish layers with sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Reserve a little bit of bacon and shredded cheese for the top as garnish. Keep covered and cold in the refrigerator until use. Serve with your favorite salad dressing.
