1 Florida strawberry for garnish
1 ½ ounces Florida tropical gin (such as Old St. Pete Sunset gin)
½ lemon, juiced
¼ ounce simple syrup
Soda water, chilled
Fill a tall collins glass with ice. Add gin, lemon juice and simple syrup. Stir ingredients to combine. Top with chilled soda water and garnish with a fresh Florida strawberry. Drink responsibly.
