4 Florida bell peppers, any color
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
Slice peppers in quarters. Toss in olive oil, seasoning blend, salt and pepper. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.
Fresh Tip: Roasted peppers can be stored whole or chopped, and in the refrigerator for up to one week. They can also be frozen, used in pasta salads, stews, soups, casseroles or pureed for dressings and sauces.
