1 Florida zucchini, diced
1 Florida squash, diced
1 Florida bell pepper, diced
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
Oil for cooking
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
Preheat a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add oil and vegetables and sauté for 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in fresh thyme and lemon juice. Serve warm.
