Chef Justin Timineri is a certified executive chef, award-winning author, culinary instructor, and media personality. As Florida’s state chef and culinary ambassador, he champions the importance of healthy eating, proper nutrition, and supporting local agriculture through his cooking.
In 2006, Chef Justin earned national recognition by winning Food Network’s Great American Seafood Cook-Off in New Orleans, where he created the nation’s top domestic seafood dish. His expertise has taken him around the world, including work with premier hospitality and catering companies at global events such as the 2012 London Olympics.
Growing up in Florida, Chef Justin developed a deep appreciation for the region’s rich cultural and culinary diversity, which shines through in his fresh, locally crafted cuisine. He partners with Florida farmers and producers to source the finest seasonal ingredients, highlighting the vibrant flavors of the Sunshine State in every dish.
