½ Florida avocado
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons spicy mustard
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon hot sauce (your favorite)
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon all-purpose seasoning (your favorite)
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
Fresh tip: Remoulade sauce pairs well with chicken, pork, seafood, and vegetables.
