1/2 cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped fine
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Store in refrigerator for up to one week until ready to serve.
Fresh tip: pairs well with seafood, chicken, steak, or vegetables.
