2 Florida avocados, (pit and skin removed) diced small
2 Florida tomatoes, diced small
2 Florida Key limes, juiced
1 Florida bell pepper, (seeds removed) diced small
½ red onion, diced small
⅓ cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
Several dashes Florida hot sauce, to taste
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl and stir to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Serve cold with sliced Florida vegetables and tortilla chips.
