2 English muffins or whole grain bread slices, toasted
4 tablespoons Florida peanut butter
1 cup seasonal Florida fruit and berries, sliced (mango, strawberry, blueberry, citrus, watermelon)
2 tablespoons Florida fruit jam or preserves (your favorite)
1 tablespoon Florida honey
1 tablespoon toasted Florida peanuts, chopped
1 tablespoon shredded sweetened coconut, toasted
Gather all ingredients to prepare to assemble the recipe. Spread an even layer of peanut butter over each toasted English muffin or bread slice. Add an even amount of Florida berries and/or sliced fruit to the top of each peanut-buttered toast. Add a dollop of Florida fruit jam or preserves to each. Drizzle with Florida honey. Garnish with chopped Florida peanuts and toasted coconut. Serve as a snack or as part of a complete breakfast
