1 ripe Florida avocado, peeled with seed removed
10 Florida cherry tomatoes, halved
4 slices whole-grain bread, toasted
8 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked crispy
1 tablespoon Florida all-purpose seasoning blend (plus more, for garnish)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Olive oil, for garnish
Top each piece of toast with 2 pieces of bacon. In a small mixing bowl, add the Florida avocado, mayonnaise and seasoning blend. Use a fork to smash the mixture until desired consistency is reached. Evenly spread the mixture over each piece of toast and bacon. Top each toast with 5 cherry tomato halves.
Lightly season the top of each toast with the remainder of the seasoning blend. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, if desired.
