1 package ramen noodles with seasoning (your favorite brand)
⅓ cup Florida zucchini, shredded
⅓ cup Florida yellow squash, shredded
¼ cup Florida carrot, shredded
Bring about 2 cups of water to a boil, then add shredded carrots and dried ramen noodles. Cook noodles for 2 minutes and add the shredded Florida yellow squash and zucchini. Cook for another minute or 2, depending on desired texture of the noodles. Remove from heat and add seasoning packet, to taste. Let cool slightly and serve hot.
