8 bread slices (your favorite)
8 tbsp Florida peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
½ cup roasted Florida peanuts (for garnish if desired)
4 tbsp Florida strawberry jam
1 tbsp Florida honey
4 tbsp butter, softened at room temperature
Pre-heat a large sauté pan or griddle over medium heat. Layout all 8 bread slices on a clean work surface. Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter onto 4 slices. Spread 1 tablespoon of strawberry jam onto the remaining 4 slices. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey evenly over the peanut butter slices. Close the sandwiches by matching the peanut butter slices with the jam slices.
Butter the top of each sandwich using half of the softened butter. Place butter-side down into the pre-heated pan. Spread the remaining butter onto the unbuttered tops while they cook. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the sandwiches from the pan and let them cool slightly. Cut each in half and garnish with roasted peanuts. Serve warm.
